The Stevenson Suite with a king bed, fireplace, high-pressure shower, and a comfy leather couch provided a cozy retreat. However, the room lacked amenities like a TV, in-room fridge, or coffee maker. The dim lighting and sound from surrounding rooms were minor drawbacks, along with limited parking and a noisy window unit for AC/heating. Yet, the historic charm added a unique touch to the experience.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, making it easy to access downtown wineries and shops through the lovely neighborhood behind the property. The rooms, although small and lacking some amenities, offer a cozy stay recommended for travelers looking for a convenient base to explore the surrounding areas.
